专利说明:
[0001] DEVICE FOR ELASTICALLY SUSPENDING A SET OF TANKS IN THE BASE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE. The invention relates to a resilient suspension device of a set of tanks underbody of a motor vehicle. It also relates to a motor vehicle, in which at least two tanks are suspended under the vehicle by means of such an elastic suspension device. By "tanks" is meant in the following text, many types of tanks or accumulators, such as, for example, fuel tanks, hydrogen, LPG ("liquefied petroleum gas"). "), CNG (" natural gas for vehicles "), or oleopneumatic accumulators that store energy through the use of liquids or gases under pressure. Many systems for fixing a tank or accumulator, or a set of tanks or accumulators, underbody of a motor vehicle are known from the prior art. Examples include tubular frames, clamps with clevises or fastening systems using an overmolding technique. Also known, according to the document FR 2 972 682, a hydraulic motorization system for a motor vehicle, comprising a motor driving a hydraulic pump for recharging pressure accumulators, and at least one hydraulic traction motor driving driving wheels. of the vehicle, which is controlled by a hydraulic block connected to these pressure accumulators. This drive system comprises a subassembly comprising a high pressure accumulator disposed under the floor of the vehicle, longitudinally in the axis of the vehicle, and a low pressure accumulator rigidly fixed to the end of this high pressure accumulator, being disposed transversely to the high pressure accumulator. The pressure accumulators, the HP hydraulic blocks and the hydraulic traction motors are connected directly together to form a rigid subassembly comprising a general "T" shape. Also known, according to WO 2005/088137, a hydraulic service module in a hydraulic fluid system having a fluid reservoir for storing a suitable amount of a hydraulic fluid. This hydraulic service module comprises an outer envelope defining in an enclosure an air chamber formed in this chamber, this air chamber being in fluid communication with the ambient air. This hydraulic service module also comprises at least one fluid pressure accumulator mounted inside the enclosure and a heat exchanger provided for cooling the hydraulic fluid, the exchanger being arranged inside the chamber. 'air. In general, the known systems for suspending or fixing tanks or accumulators underbody of a motor vehicle have various disadvantages, including those resulting from their mass which is not optimized. For the oleopneumatic accumulators are added the defects which result from a too great flexibility of the suspension system with regard to the acoustic and vibratory requirements (insufficient filtration of the excitations resulting from the pulsations of flow and pressure in the hydraulic circuit). The object of the present invention is to provide a resilient suspension device of a set of tanks in the underbody of a motor vehicle, which overcomes the disadvantages of known suspension devices of the prior art and some of which are recalled above, therefore provide a resilient suspension device of a set of reservoirs underbody of a vehicle that is mass, compactness and optimized vibration behavior. Another object of the present invention is to provide such a resilient suspension device of a set of tanks in the underbody of a motor vehicle, which is simple design, manufacture and assembly, which is effective, robust reliable and economical. To achieve these objects, the present invention relates to a resilient suspension device of a set of tanks underbody of a motor vehicle, said tanks being mounted substantially in parallel and having a general shape of substantially finished cylinder longitudinally by two end shapes. This suspension device, new, comprises, firstly, two flanges, which follow said end shapes of the tanks and are interconnected by tie rods enclosing the reservoirs, and secondly, a plurality of arms that connect the flanges at a plurality of elastic connection points on the vehicle body. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the plurality of arms consists of four arms recessed by two in one and the other of the two flanges, and the plurality of elastic connection points on the body of the vehicle consists of four points of elastic connection. The end shapes of the tanks may be substantially ogival shapes, the flanges then comprising substantially ogival holding portions, in which are inserted the end shapes of the tanks substantially ogive. According to an exemplary non-limiting embodiment of the object and the scope of the present invention, the tanks are two in number. Preferably, the arms are embedded in the substantially ogival retaining portions of the flanges. Also preferably, the tie rods may be six in number and consist of cylindrical bars threaded at the ends to allow each tie rigidly connect the two flanges. Advantageously, an elastomeric portion may be implanted between the flanges and the tanks, and the elastic connection points of the suspension device on the vehicle body may be elastomeric pads oriented substantially vertically. The suspension device according to the present invention can be made in one of the following materials: steel, aluminum, composite material, plastic material. The present invention also relates to a motor vehicle, which comprises a set of tanks suspended underbody, which set of tanks is suspended by means of an elastic suspension device according to that described above in its broad outlines. Other objects, advantages and features of the invention will appear in the following description of an exemplary embodiment, not limiting the object and scope of the present patent application, accompanied by drawings in which FIG. 1 is a diagrammatic perspective view of an exemplary embodiment of the elastic suspension device of a set of tanks in the underbody of a motor vehicle, according to the present invention, and [0020] - Figure 2 is a perspective view, also schematic, of the suspension device of Figure 1 with two accumulators mounted. With reference to the drawing of Figure 1, there is shown an embodiment of the device according to the invention of resilient suspension of a set of two tanks in the basement of a motor vehicle. The two tanks, shown in the drawing of Figure 2 and designated by the references 50 and 60, are of substantially cylindrical general shape terminated by a substantially ogival end shape, 50A, 50B, respectively 60A, 60B, to each of the two ends. The longitudinal axes Y1 and Y2 of the two tanks 50, respectively 60, are substantially parallel. The suspension device according to the invention consists on the one hand of two flanges, referenced 10 and 11, which are interconnected by six tie rods collectively designated by the numeral 30 and intended to grip the tanks 50 and 60, and on the other hand, four arms 40A, 40B, 400 and 40D which connect the flanges 10 and 11 at four elastic connection points on the frame of the vehicle body. The end shapes 50A, 50B, 60A, 60B of the tanks 50, 60 being substantially ogive, the flanges 10, 11 comprise, accordingly, substantially ogival shaped holding parts or type of "egg box In which these ogival end forms are inserted. Thus the reservoir 50 is held by the holding portions 10A and 11A of the flanges 10 and 11, respectively, while the reservoir 60 is held by the holding portions 10B and 11B of the flanges 10 and 11, respectively. As shown in the figures, the arms 40A, 40B, 400, 40D, which achieve the connection points on the vehicle body, are embedded in the holding portions, respectively 11A, 10A, 11B, 10B , substantially ogival flanges 10, 11, so as to give them a significant embedding stiffness in all directions. The bearing surfaces are coated with a thin layer of elastomer so as to distribute the stress on the contact surface. The suspension arms 40A, 40B, 400, 40D may be, depending on the constituent material, welded to the flanges 10, 11 or made by molding with the latter. The tie rods 30 are constituted by threaded cylindrical bars at the ends to allow each tie 30 to rigidly connect the two flanges 10 and 11. The longitudinal axes of the tie rods 30 are substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the tanks, namely Y1 and Y2. An elastomer portion (not shown in the drawings) may advantageously be implanted between the flanges 10, 11 and the tanks 50, 60. It will be noted that the ends of the tanks may be of any shape, because the Elastomeric portion mentioned above, placed between the flanges 10, 11, and the tanks 50, 60, can absorb very different shapes. The four elastic connection points 140A, 140B, 1400 and 140D of the suspension device on the vehicle body, which are located at the ends of the arms 40A, 40B, 400 and 40D, are elastic shims or elastomeric pads oriented substantially vertically. The position and the vertical orientation of these elastomeric pads are imposed by constraints of local stiffness and vehicle synthesis (impact tests, ease of assembly or assembly, in particular). These constraints make it necessary to separate these connection points from the suspended tanks. The suspension device described above can be made of steel, or aluminum, or made of a composite material, or even a plastic material. It will be noted that the suspension arms 40A, 40B, 400, 40D have a sufficient width in the "Z" direction of the vehicle, so as to overcome the bending problems of the frame and reservoir assembly due to the fact that the elastic connection points on the vehicle body are relatively far from the tanks. Note also that the tie rods 30, because their ends are threaded, used to control the clamping force of the holding parts of the tanks on the ends of the tanks 50, 60. The operation of the suspension device described above in an exemplary embodiment is as follows: [0034] the two reservoirs 50, 60, [0035] are positioned - the ogival-shaped holding parts 10A, 10B, 11A, 11B are put in place or " egg box "with an elastomer integrated, [0036] - the assembly is mounted under the vehicle body, [0037] The transverse forces are taken up by" total insertion "of the ends of the tanks 50, 60 at the parts of ogival shape or "egg box" 10A, 10B, 11A, 11B, and the tanks themselves participate in rigidity. It goes without saying that the suspension device described above is given by way of non-limiting example of the object and scope of the present invention. The suspension arm system can be remodeled according to the new connection and attachment points on the frame of the vehicle body. Alternatively also, the threaded rods 30 may be replaced by cables. The elastic suspension device of a set of tanks in the underbody of a motor vehicle which is described above in an exemplary embodiment has many advantages, among which the following advantages: [0040] - it presents a mass made optimal, [0041] - it is relatively more compact than the tank suspension devices known from the prior art, and [0042] - it has a better vibratory behavior (high specific stiffness).
